A fun, bold colored email send out to over 11 thousand people. This email was meant to be eye opening and spark an interest in summer vacations. The first round sending yielded an open rate of nearly 11% with the second round adding an additional 8%. Ending this campaign with an overall 19% open rate is a great start to the season!

Project:

Snowmass Hospitality, a property management company located in Snowmass Village, Colorodo, wanted to let their past guests know about their up-coming specials in order to fill their hotels and condos year round. Several Summer templates were created to feature their properties, local special events, and warm-weather package deals and discounts. For ski season, we have created several templates that may be used throughout the season to inform potential guests about package deals, Winter outdoor activities, and local Aspen and Snowmass events. The site includes customizable user content management, guest direct link to reservations systems, and lead capturing/detailed statistical tracking.

An email template created for easy track-able emails to clients and vendors. This creative / graphical template is used for fast email to select lists. By taking this approach we are able to track who opened and review our emails and who we missed. Interesting information once you start tracking your effectiveness.
